Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel or modify their selected purchase option within twelve (12) hours of completing the transaction, or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first. After this period, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed and will be reviewed at the Company’s discretion.
