Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we'll credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Please note that it typically takes 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center to be processed for a refund.
